📌 Note on Retention Obligations: Please be aware that phperry's right to erase your personal data is subject to phperry's legal and regulatory obligations to retain certain data for specified periods under AMLA, PAGCOR regulations, and other applicable Philippine laws. Where phperry is required by law to retain your data, it will inform you of this when responding to an erasure request.
12.1 The phperry platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older. phperry does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
12.2 If phperry becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, phperry will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any winnings or balances associated with an underage account will be forfeited.
